If you wish to exchange or return an item, please go to our contact form. You can also exchange your online purchases in the Mammoet Store in the Netherlands. Please contact the Mammoet Store by filling in the contact form. Please don't forget to bring your receipt.
Items cannot be exchanged or returned if:
- The item has been used or worn
- It has been damaged intentionally, by gross negligence or by lack of proper maintenance by the customer
- Changes or repairs have been made to the item by a party other than Mammoet Store
- The original package is damaged or missing
Should the Mammoet Store have delivered the wrong item, the correct item will be delivered to you as quickly as possible. The exchange of the products must take place simultaneously. If you do not have the opportunity to be present at the known address, please notify us of the address where the exchange can take place.
If you have returned items, the amount you have paid - minus the shipping costs - will be reimbursed as soon as possible. Please ensure that you fill in your address and bank details in the contact form.
